 STAFF TRAINING

All staff complete first aid, food hygiene and child protection training every 3 years. All staff attend regular training in-house and through out the year.Plus all staff complete a Criminal Record  Bureau check .

All staff are trained or working towards level 2/3 in childcare

All staff attend regular training in a variety of short courses and complete core courses every 3 years.

All staff will attend monthly staff meetings and Termly planning meetings
