AMENDMENT TO PARENT CARER CONTRACT – Regarding cancellation of sessions for Out of School Club (SCHOOL HOLIDAYS ONLY)
Please ignore this notice if you only use OOSC during term time. There is no change to the conditions of term time contract for OOSC.
Below is an amendment to our Parent/Carer contract which will come into effect on 1st April 2020. There will be a signature sheet near the registers which will require signatures from all parent/carers to confirm that they agree with the amendments.
- SCHOOL HOLIDAYS – As from 1st April 2020 any cancellations for sessions during the holidays will still be charged at full rate irrespective of a time scale. Any variation to this is by complete discretion of the Management in exceptional circumstances only.
