   Complaints Procedures

The setting’s aim is to provide the highest quality care for all children.  We aim to offer a welcome to each individual child and family and to provide a warm and caring environment within which all children can learn and interact.

We have a Complaints procedure in place, and we shall do our best to resolve any issues you should have. Your child’s key person is your first point of contact should you have any issues you want to discuss alternately you can arrange to see Helen Donlan the nursery manager/owner or our Deputy, Joanne Taylor.

We believe children and parent/carers are entitled to expect courtesy and prompt, careful attention to their needs and wishes. Our intention is to work in partnership with parents/carers and the community generally and we welcome suggestions on how to improve our setting at any time. Please see our Complaints procedures on this website for full details.
